Dr Jadambaa Temuujinis currently Chief Research Scientist at Institute of Chemistry and Chemical Technology, Mongolian Academy of Sciences.
Temuujin received his MS degree from Kiev Polytechnic Institute, Ukraine in 1991.
Then he joined the Institute of Chemistry, Mongolian Academy of Sciences and worked on the utilisation of natural minerals for value added products. In 1995, he awarded his PhD from Mongolian Technical University, then he went to Japan as a Post doctoral fellow at the Tokyo Institute of Technology.
He was awarded postdoctoral fellowships from Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, German Academic Exchange Organization (DAAD) and Royal Society (UK) to perform ceramic research.
He also served as senior research fellow and a project leader at the Curtin University (Australia). In 2006, he was awarded his Doctor of Science (DSc) degree from the Mongolian Academy of Sciences.
In 2011, he was elected into Mongolian Academy of Sciences and became Academician.
He has published over 70 Internationally peer reviewed journal papers, over 20 reviewed Conference papers and a several book chapters and monographs.
He holds also 2 patents.
He keeps intensive collaborations with a various mining companies on mineral processing and works also as a technology consultant.
