The procedure for the election of the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award and the Distinguished Service Award are explained in Section 5 of the Constitution.

An invitation has already been extended to the members of the International Advisory Committee (IAC) to submit the names of suitable nominees. Anybody who wishes to suggest a nominee should feel free to bring this to the attention of any member of the Council or the IAC so that a nomination compliant with the requirements of the Constitution can be submitted.
